Bottom line: Legend Play is a foreign operator without a Belgian licence. For that reason, this is worth it as long as you respect the limits.

The offering mapped
Legend Play operates outside the Belgian licensing system and therefore shows a wider catalogue than a B+ hall may: slots from dozens of studios plus live tables. The flip side sits further down: no oversight, no EPIS and no statutory weekly limit.
Dice games are the Belgian hallmark: gold Spinner, Open The Pearl, Infinity Dice, it is a format that runs almost nowhere else.
What the Gaming Commission says
Legend Play operates without a Belgian licence. The regulator's black list — over 900 addresses — names legendplay.
No Belgian licence means no EPIS link and no statutory weekly limit. For a dispute there is no Belgian point of contact.
Limits, age and EPIS
The Belgian legislator approaches player protection notably strictly by European standards which feeds straight into your play limit. Each site automatically applies a €200 weekly ceiling.
Self-exclusion in Belgium is handled centrally, through EPIS: a single request is enough to stay out everywhere at once. The entry point is the Gaming Commission. The bar has stood at 21 since 1 September 2024, lottery aside; scratch cards and Lotto stay at 18. The bar is statutory, not a house rule.

The payment story in Belgium is quickly told: you deposit with the Bancontact card or the app, and the payout runs to your bank account. Bancontact Pay is the name the Payconiq app has carried since March 2026.
Bancontact Pay caps at €1500 per transaction and €2500 per day. What you deposit is there right away; on your account it usually appears after one to three banking days, with the site's internal handling added to that.

Signup, KYC and support
Signup asks the same steps everywhere: your details and a verification that precedes the payout. Expect an ID document plus proof of address.
Expect English-language support with no Belgian complaint channel. Leave the transaction mails in your inbox; in a disagreement it comes down exclusively to those.

Lowering the weekly limit worked right away, which I appreciated.
What players ask us
Does Legend Play hold a Belgian licence?
No — the name is missing from the white list and shows up in the blocking register. You can check this yourself in the regulator's register. Always verify it yourself before depositing.
Does Bancontact work here?
Bancontact is accepted almost everywhere for deposits, not for withdrawals. Keep the confirmation e-mail of every deposit. Reckon on a minimum of around €5.
What is the minimum age?
The minimum age is 21; since 1 September 2024 it is 21 for casino, hall and betting. Trial accounts fall under the same limit. This is verified at registration.
Are winnings taxed?
No, you pay no tax on winnings; that burden falls on the operator. Winnings stay outside personal income tax. Nothing about that rule changes in 2026.
What is EPIS?
You register with EPIS. It works nationally and immediately. Registration runs through the Gaming Commission. Physical venues will refuse you afterwards too.
Can I change my limit?
€200 per week per site applies automatically; you need not request it. It is on by default; you need do nothing. Raising it always takes time, even when the request goes through.
